S T A I N E D   G L A S S   A R T  WITH  Janice Ling  

This course will welcome you to the colorful and exciting world of metal and glass.  Janice will introduce you to the materials and unique tools of professional stained glass design and production.  She will show you how to develop your choice of design, cut and shape glass, copper foil and lead, solder and display your artwork.  Janice will also share her unique use of semi-precious stones and glass jewel inlay techniques.  Art supplies inclusive.

Lead Came Technique ~  Learn all about the techniques of lead came.  It is the style of which lead windows in many churches and grand homes are created.  You can create a beautiful piece of glass art with clean and symmetrical lines.  Workshop includes all materials. 

3-Dimensional glass art ~ Using brass came, study design techniques and learn to put together a unique glass sculpture with stained and textured glass.
